I hate to ask this, as just about every airline has a post like this, but how is USA 3000 Airlines doing. I know they operate Apple Vacation flights. Are they financially solid? Has anyone flown them? If so, was the service good? I understand they serve meals. How were they? Thanks!

I see them come in really late sometimes into ORD....i have a friend that flew them 2 weeks ago and said it was an ok flight. She doesnt know ANYTHING about aviation so i couldnt get a very good insite on the trip or service. They have been flying into ORD for over a year now and looks like they are doing ok.

Air3000 is still not flying all the apple flights, they still use other charter airlines as well. The now are also selling the flights on there web site so if you want to buy air only you can get it direct from them instead of going through a travel agent. or buying from Apple Vacations even tho they are owned by apple.

I've flown on them twice and I can't say anything negative about them. The airplanes are new and clean with in-flight entertainment. They even have a hot-meal service, which is becoming a rarity these days.

I flew them out of ORD when they were just charter. I really have to give them high marks. Before takeoff they served memosas, then after takeoff hot towels were distributed. A movie (that dennis quaid one where he goes back to being a baseball star after being a little league coach) and food. Your tipical food, chicken tortolini....etc. etc. Again that was charter service, so i dont know if that differs from scheduled but i understand they are competitvely priced and i would definetly give them my business again.
