work here in PVD...Colgan Air (USAirways express, last 2 digits on the acft is "CJ" which is Colgan's) 1900. NO PAX (thank goodness). Sounds like only 2 crew on a ferry flight from HYA-ALB. Location of crash just off the HYA coast. Reports saying it was having trouble right after takeoff.
