I agree! I really want to fly the NWA A330. I flew NWA yesterday, I was reading the World Traveller magazine, and they had a section on the new A330. They said there are games, and that you can play other people in the aircraft! That sounds sweet! I wonder what games! And I wonder if it tells you who you're playing, like the lucky jerk in 1A! Does anyone know what games they have!? I really hope to fly the A330 in the near future, maybe I can go through DTW when I go to Croatia next time!

Well, despite all of my historical posts regarding Airbus and the "big picture" I've always maintained the 330 was /is their best plane ever. This picture says it all. This is without question one of the most beautiful jets flying today and the new NW livery is simply fantastic. The best I've ever seen on the 330. Wow!!!

I got to see the inside of the airplane in DTW. I am 6'2" an since I have to walk up and down the aisle to do my job, I hate the position of the overhead bins, they are just right there in your face. They don't swivel up like on the Dc10. I thought it would be as spaciaous as the DC10 inside. Geez I will miss that plane, I understand why some pax don't like it. From the pax point of view the A330 is a great airplane, the legroom was good, entertaniment system will provide more than enough to do, the PTV controller comes out of the arm rest to play games, the WBC seats have touch screen 10.4 inch PTV's, and the privacy canopies prevent people from hitting your seat back when youre trying to sleep. Maybe I will get used to the overhead bin thing soon. I am based in NYC so it will be a while before I fly one anyway.

I wish there would be some high demand from MSP or DTW to MCO and they would fly an A330 down here like I hear they used to with DC-10s. Unfortunately I moved away from Detroit before I had a chance to see the A330

The A330-300 looks fantastic in the new NW colors! However, I do look forward to seeing the A330-200. In the next year or so, I should be able to see them at SEA, as they start to replace the DC-10-30's on the SEA-AMS run. I personally think that the Airbus A330 is one of the best looking planes out there!!
The interior of the new NW A330's is fantastic, I really like what they have done, especially in the area of IFE.
