Has anyone here flown aboard the new, KEF-based Iceland Express? If so, how was it?

I haven't, but there's an article about it in a recent Airliner World.

At over £100 a pop to fly to KEF, unless I win the lottery or something, I won't be flying them anytime soon. Hopefully they might have some special offers though.

Yeah, but compared to FI it is very good value! Don't forget that Iceland is the first or second most expensive country (before or after Japan) in the world in terms of food, accommodation, etc, etc.

I don't know...

I found FI were very good though, but if you fly Icelandexpress you have a chance of Bruce Dickinson being your captain  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I'd prefer David "The Duke" Dickinson, but I don't think I'll get him!  Sad
