I believe it was stopped earlier this year. It was stopped due to low loads. They tried to make it last longer by going from a daily flight to three times a week in Sept. 2002. The loads were consistantly under 50%, even during the summer. If it does comes back, it will be seasonal like the OGG service from PDX and SAN.

Correct me if I am wrong but HA does not go from LAX-OGG non stop either. I believe that all of their flights go to HNL and them you must connect in HNL. That does not surprise me that they do not have sfo-ogg service either.

Its a very competitive market thats for sure! Most of the SFO bound travlers to Hawaii I believe are connecting from else where in the U.S. obviously not to many Hawaiian airlines flights connect in SFO, so they rely mainly on the single yeild for that route of San Francisco just by it's self, almost, I Think however they do get some codeshare feed into SFO onto OGG.
