Hi!
Today was again a great day at FAT. I passed this morning by FAT airport and to my surprise again I saw another water-bomber C-54, this time not the one I've mentioned before but a new one, N8502R resting in Fresno Fire Fighting area. Also taking off was an America West CRJ700 N501MJ all white, that was also a great surprise, and finnally parked in the ANG area a quite famous Swearingen Metro white with different shades of green N90956. Does anyone know what is this airplane doing there? I've seen it flying quite regulary but I never understood what the mission of it!
And that was another funny day in FAT, I've got already 2 C-54's in my account!!! Man I'm really glad!
Regards

Hi FATFlyer!
Once again you gave me your precisous "know-how" about this, yes it's no doubt a C-26 and it was good to know what are the missions it flies. I don't see it flying everyday but I see it doing that regulary. Interesting is that it carries a civil registration and not a USAF serial number.
Regards and once again thanks!
