Flown On ASA Lately?

I've noticed the last few times I've flown on ASA the F/A has made an announcement such as "Do not make any attempt to enter the cockpit" or "The cockpit and galley are restricted areas". Are they the only ones making announcements such as this? I'm not exactly sure what the point of these announcements are, but they seem to be unique to ASA.
