Hello

Geneva based airline Club Airways will expand its route network. Currently they have only flights between Geneva and Paris (4xday)

Effective September 15 they will fly Geneva-London 2xday and effective October 20 they will start flying from Geneva to Basel (2xday) and Milan (2x day) as well as from Zurich to Munich (2xday).

This is a business class airline only and you have to be a member to book flights. Anyone knows what aircraft they are using?

Regards,
RJ100

Hi,
they are using TAG Aviation Learjet's I believe on their Geneva flights as a wet lease. Apparently the airline started out with 800000CHF in private investment and is now profitable. More information can be found on their website.

Thanks for the information Tim

Good to hear that they are already profitable.

I wonder what airports they are using in Paris (Le Bourget?) and London (Biggin Hill?).

RJ100,

As you said they are using LBG in Paris, however they have stopped London (Biggin Hill) flights because of the time it takes to reach the city centre. A relaunch to City is planned.

I thought originally they were flying to Farnborough in London? If they do fly to LCY they will definitely get a lot of new companies joining in on their program especially with all the banks in both Geneva and London, LCY airport being particularly close to most of them.
