Does anyone know if the bankruptcy judge granted HA another 30 day extension on their A/C lease payments?

This past Friday, the 5th, the new lease deal with ILFC was approved by the bankruptcy judge. The judge also granted another extension for talks with Boeing Capital. I believe there already is an agreement with Ansett Worldwide.

Thanks Ha763. I didn't read it in any of the papers including any of the Honolulu papers. It usually is in there. Unless I overlooked it.

Aloha

It was in Saturday's Honolulu Advertiser in the Buisness briefs section.

Again Thanks Ha763. I definately overlooked this. I usually go online to read the Honolulu Advertiser daily. Or if I miss an issue I go to the back issues and read. How could I have missed it?

Happy contrails.

This new deal locks in the leases on all but three of our 767's. However Boeing (BCC) is the lessor on those threee and for all our 717's. Hopefully the deal will be done soon.
