It may not be the longest, but NW (Mesaba)'s RJ85 flies MSP-HPN (White Plains, NY), which is a decent distance.

I was on a Bae 146 flight this summer from Alice Springs (in Central Australia) to Cairns (Northeast Australia). It took about three hours if I remember correctly. It was quite a nice flight

So far, Druk Air's Bangkok-Paro is in the lead.. does Air Canada use the 146 to Florida? Those routes would probably come close. How bout the European carriers?

Air Canada Jazz uses the BAe146-200 on the YVR-YXY route, thats about 3 hours give or take a bit, and thank god they are looking at changing it back to the B732 on this service instead of the 146. At the moment it is technecly a "domestic" route beeing flown by a "regional" aircraft, so yeah we prefer the old 732 (more legroom, better seats, better service, more cargo, etc. etc. compared with the 146)

Australian Air Express fly the BAE 146-300 Perth-Adelaide which is around 3 hours. QANTAS also used to fly Adelaide-Karlgoolie in the 146-200 and still flies Canberra-Adelaide with the BA 146-200. Ansett used to have really long 146 flights within WA e.g Perth-Broome.

What seating configuration does NW use? BA uses 3-3 which is really uncomfortable, particularly towards the rear of the aircraft. I flew on SN Brussels and they use a much more comfortable 2-3 layout.
