747-400. Nothing like waiting to board this aircraft heading to Hong Kong or some exotic destination while the people at the gate next to you watch enviously as they prepare to board their A319 to Kansas City.

Same thing for the Boeing 777. To me, the A340 doesn't have the majesty nor does it show the power of these two Boeings.

Why not? Is it because it's not American built?

no, because it makes you feel like you need to disembark and push; just to get the b!tch to cruise altitude  Laugh out loud

Hey ConcordeBoy,

I am huge fan of A340, but THAT was funny!!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Anyways, from the selected airplanes I like B747. There is nothing like a "Queen of Sky". This plane is great!

Than 777 and 330 are at the same level. Flew on both, and had a great time on both. One with UAL latter AUA. Great airliners, and grear airlines!!!

But, they are behind A340-313X!! I just LOVE how slowly it gets off. Something different then usual t/o's.

Cheers,
Andrej Lippay

Of the 3, I've only been the 777.. but I loved it. Great seat (loved the curved headrest) and the IFE was great. UAL 777 all the way!  Laugh out loud

And just a note, I'm sure the Delta 777's are nice too, but they really need the new livery (the Deltaflot scheme), the old '97 livery just does NOT do the 777 justice!

Before you get flamed, you really can't judge ANY aircraft on their seating since it's pretty much up to the airline if you sit in a Lazyboy, or on a church pew.

the 747 is awesome if you can go between floors. otherwise, the 777 is the best, hands down.
