The above pic is of a Canada 3000 A330-200. I know all this stuff about airlines needing to maximise pax capacity, but isn't arranging seats such that the loo opens out directly onto them a little too much?

Anyone ever sat directly in front of the loo? What was the feeling like?

If you look carefully, you can see further up the cabin, there are another 2 toilets on the sides; couldn't they have 4 toilets across the cabin in one place. instead of 2 sets of 2 on the sides?
