Italian Press reported yesterday that Italian Prime Minister said these three companies are going to merge together real soon, "saving their national identities".
This sounds new to me: I knew AirFrance and Klm are going to make a strong agreement (shares exchange and things like this), but also that Alitalia was not part of the game.
What do you think about it? Could be true? What could come out from such a fusion?
