Thailand's Prime Minister has announced that the country foiled an attack on an EL AL Israel Airlines aircraft by Jemaah Islamiah Islamic militants.

The plan failed when some JI militants were arrested by Thai police. The Prime Minister confirmed the story of an Israeli television report that said Thailand had saved EL AL's plane and passengers.

Oh God... what is it with these Islamic militants?? Can't they just confine the whole Palestine issue within the territory? Imagine all the collateral damage they would have caused! I shudder to imagine the consequences...
