I am going apeshit trying to book a simple LHR-IST-LHR 1 week trip with Ebookers. I have booked with them in the past without any problems, but today I've had payment rejected emails and when I ring to sort it out the call center agents (who sound and seem to be in India or some place like that) they are just making things worse. Now I dont even know if I have been able to reserve the flights. I find it easier to deal with computers than i do with humans!!!!!!

Well, I originally booked online, got a rejection email, rang up to find out why & was then told a system problem (i have funds), then they tried to rebook for me and that came to more, so i asked them to try checking Autrian airlines which worked out cheeper, she booked it for me and said i would need to cancel the other one by email and approve the one she booked over the phone for me. in the meantime i found a better flight with LH again and booked online, meanwhile i got another rejection email and also the call center person's email confirming booking with Austrian...Confused yet?
So I replied cancelling both the original LH booking and also the one she booked over phone with Austrian, & instead advising that they go ahead and book the last flights I booked on ebookers online. So far I havent received any more emails and no phone calls.
I am currently on the phone trying to find out whats happening and am on hold
