What is the most that you have ever paid for a coast to coast trip IE: JFK-LAX / YYZ-MIA / YVR-DFW this includes a return trip! I was just looking on expedia.com to book a flight from YVR-DFW and NW had a real good deal!!
Only 2647.23 return!! What an Awsome deal!! (better be an empty plane and a front seat in the cockpit!)
PS- found a better deal with America West airlines

Just searching... not actually paid.
Not coast-to-coast, just one hour and a half each way, does it qualify?

The quote above for the IAD-DTW return ticket is an excellent example of what is wrong with the hub system of single-carrier dominance at major U.S. airports. At DTW, of course, it is NW, and at IAD, it is UA. They can set the price without fear of any real competition.
