I doubt that TG have installed PTV's throughout this aircraft, since its likely that TGF, like TGA and B has the "old" recaro seats in economy. As another thread stated, I'll guess that the TG 772 fleet is the first one due for newer seats. Like 3-3-3 in economy compared to today's 3-4-3.
As we are speaking of TG.
Anybody have some info about their Oslo flights and why it seems to be put on ice?
Info about their A340-500/600 will also be appreciated.

TG should have had a brand new upgraded product in all its newly ordered to be delivered B 744s...their J & Y products are hopeless compared to other airlines in the region. It is a shame that they havent taken advantage of this opportunity by making some much needed adjustments to it. Lets just hope that they do so with their A 345s and A 346s. When those planes come and hopefully with the new upgraded cabin features, I would hope that they refurbish their B 744s too especially the newer models!!!

interesting about Oslo.I checked both the website of Thai and Amadeus and they only show connections via Stockholm or Helsinki.
Hopefully it will evetuate, however TG have this habit of adding and quickly ending routes.

Thai was supposed to start their thrice weekly Oslo service from 01.01.04. It has been announced both in media and adverts, however Thai seems to change their mind as quick as "the wind changes direction".
I guess SARS in Asia might have something to do with this delay....
