The MD-80 or even the DC-9,had/have some
very creatived livery. From AirCal(MD-80), JAS(MD80's),Hughes Air
West(DC-9's) and American's MD-80's.Also,what is your
overall feeling about the MD-80's.I flew AA's and Dal,and I liked
the ride.

I'm surprised! Nobody have any thoughts/photos
on the DC-9-80/MD-80? Or DC-9 series.

The DC-9 Series is one of my all-time favorites along with the other older gals including the 732 and 727.

TWA's old livery on the old -9s will always provoke interest in any airline buff. . .instant classic from the day it was first introduced.

Love those nines,

I liike the AA MD-80s, they may be numerous and all the same, but the bare-metal and red white n blue looks good on em to me. Delta and AS also have great lookin -80s. I love NW new colors on their DC-9s!
