You cannot use the "F" inventory (or "A" which is a F/C award inventory) to guess if you will get the upgrade or not. AA uses X-inventory if your using the upgrade type that I'm thinking you are. It's been a few months since I've been on Sabre, but if you can pull up an inventory-specific scan on what you have above, request X. This may explain why your UPG hasn't been cleared. In either case, when you check in at the airport, you can request to be placed on the airport upgrade list.

Mcmahonsmr, the numbers next to the class are the number of seats they are selling in that inventory to the specific agent or market. Airlines can block off specific classes to specific markets and agents. It also does not mean that there will actually be a seat on the plane!!!
To access Sabre information, you have to be very good friends with a travel agent
