I was wondering if anybody knew if all DL 764s have PTVs now. I am flying on one from LGA to ATL at the end of the month, and was browsing through some a.net pics and noticed that there were no PTVs, however, they were a few years old. Also, where are the best seats in Y on this airplane?

The New American is arriving.

Go to www.seatguru.com -- it's a site with all sorts of info about the best and worst seats on a particular model.

As for the PTVs, I can't answer that except that I've flown Delta hundreds of times (I'm ATL-based) and have never seen a PTV on a domestic flight.

They have the little remote-control thingys for the PTVs in the arm-rests, but no PTVs....are they going to install them ever?

Exactly. There is no PTV for every of those seated either by B764 aircraft. So if Delta will get decide to get one of these PTV anytime soon. In the main time that Delta might will get any of the policy of PTV in the coach class and which one is only for on the B777 aircraft. If you using with your own remote controls seat front of you and will get listen of the music. Thanks!

All first class seats do.

They obviously planned in case of installing them later.

seatguru is one of the most overrated sites IMO ... some people know that I compiled a listing of NW recommendations & it was used for the site, but a lot of the recomendations were changed...

I don't know if they are even giving out eadphones on 764, they are having vendor problems so "flights under 1 hr 50 mins don't get them," but i think it might be all 764s because they have a different IFE. Can anyone clairfy?

PTVs only in first, but on my trip last March on FLL-ATL in F on a 764, the PTVs were locked in (either that or nobody in F could figure out how to pull them out).
