Hi all !
I'll be flying "just for fun" from Nice to London Stansted on October 25th...and back the same day.
It seems that I'll fly on a 737 300...do u know if easyJet operates the 737 700 on this route too ?
Because I've already flown on an easyJet 737 300 and I'd love to get on a 737NG, so I have a little hope...
My second question is about Stansted. It seems that won't have enough time to go to downtown London so I'm planning to stay at the airport the whole day...
Can you tell me which airlines fly to Stansted (pax & cargp). I know that Stansted is famous for being served mainly by low cost carriers...but do some main carriers fly there too ? I know SAS does but it's the only one I can think of...
Thanks !

Well you wont see any BA 747 Big grin but you will probably see some MYTravel, BY aircraft! There is also a big cargo presence at STN so you may get to see the odd 747 cargo. Also look out for Iceland Express  Laugh out loud

Have a good time!

I fly from Stansted most weeks on an easyJet 737, your flight will almost certainly be a 300 and quite likely an ex GO machine although some of easyJets 'original' 300s are now finding their way onto Stansted flights. I think that your best chance of flying an easyJet 700 is to book a Gatwick flight although this becomes easyJets second Airbus base next spring/summer.

Viewing facilities at Stansted are limited to say the least. You will see lots of Ryanair and easyJet 737's, + Air Berlin 737/146, FedEx MD11, and interesting biz/charters if you are lucky. You will get to see a BA 744 in the shape of a Global Supply 744F. These operate BA's cargo flights and are leased from Atlas (3 I think).
