I was just wondering if any of you out there have ever upgraded to Air Transats "Club Class" before? I am flying with AT to Cancun in April on the Airbus A310 and want to know if it is worth the extra money...it's not much extra...like $150CAD supplement or something like that. I am 6'2 and flew AT to Cancun before on the 757 and found the economy class very cramped. I am not expecting Club Class to be like regular Business for First class with scheduled carriers but just want to know how much roomier it is.

I flew AT club on June 18th this year YYZ-AMS A310 C-GLAT, there is plenty of leg room and the seats are leather in the newer style planes, A310 A330s. Its much like AC hospitality class with more leg room. The service was great and the meals are much better. I think its well worth the extra to go Club. I would go that way ONLY on Air Transat.

If it's $150 total both ways, it's definitely worth it. Your other less expensive option is to reserve row 13 seats (emergency exit row) which are very roomy.
