Hi,
We keep hearing at work on the grapevine that Kabo Air crashed one of our old 747s they took. Anyone know anything? They took G-VIRG, G-VGIN, G-VLAX and G-VJFK I believe.

A real crash of a 747 would be the big news today. But there´s nothing - fortunately. And there was no such thing. No Kabo Air is in the w/o lists.
If there´s something accident-like that happened very recently its maybe only a ground incident.
I follow anything regarding my favorite airplane very close so I should know unless it was covered up (what could be the case in Nigeria if it was just material damage).

That's a shame. If any one knows which a/c it was, I would be happy to hear as I flew on G-VGIN and it was my first ever flight. Would hate to hear about it being damaged

Grouind Staff FM is not reporting anything, even been tuning into FlightDeck FM and they are not reporting anything either.
Their main topic is still stuck on how much money they did/didn't get in the airshare payments and how little they earn compared to BA and how many new cars/houses/boats/businesses they have bought !!.
