The driver "faces local charges of vandalism, driving while under the influence of a controlled substance, hit and run, and unauthorized entry to an air field." That ought to cost him a pretty penny, a lost driver's license, and possibly some jail time...

While I hope this incident inspires the Airport Authority to consider reasonable improvements to security, I hope it's not at the cost of eliminating spotting opportunities.

Aside from a brick wall I dont think anyone could prevent someone from driving a car through a fence like this guy did.

You could always dig a tank trap I guess.

But whatever the most paranoid suggestion the public comes up with will be the one that is taken up.

Probably just a disgruntled spotter proving his point that the TSA cannot and WILL NOT SUCCESSFULLY kill our hobby. or Maybe just a pissed off guy at the TSA, DHS, and GWB.

Or, more likely, a drunk driver with a suspended license, an unregistered vehicle, and no insurance.

"Let me think about it" = the coward's way of saying "no"
