The driver "faces local charges of vandalism, driving while under the influence of a controlled substance, hit and run, and unauthorized entry to an air field." That ought to cost him a pretty penny, a lost driver's license, and possibly some jail time...
While I hope this incident inspires the Airport Authority to consider reasonable improvements to security, I hope it's not at the cost of eliminating spotting opportunities.
