Why Few European Flight Trackers?

There are several very good flight trackers for the USA and Canada, such as www.flytecomm.com (which is free). However, there are very few - if any - decent ones for Europe. Why is this?

European airspace is not regulated centrally by one single entity, but every nation has their own thing. That would complicate things. Also, I suspect demand for this sort of thing is limited anyway...
