What are some of the smaller airports that have airline VIP clubs?

Let's define smaller:
a) Not a hub for any airline
b) Few to no wide body flights
c) No trans-ocean service

Here's what comes to mind:

1) BDL
2) MSY
3) GSO
4) SNA

others?
