ATL To Become "Jackson 5" After New 5th Runway?

Is a rumor or is it true, that there was a scheme behind Hartsfield's name change? Since there is a fifth runway being constructed there, the timing is perfect to refer to the airport as the "Jackson 5". What are your thoughts?
