I think a STN-ODS route is unlikely at the moment. If you look at FR's routemap, you'll see they concentrate on intra-EU flights at the moment (taking advantage of Open-Skies policy) (they have no route to Switzerland, for instance).
Also, they seem to concentrate on relatively short sectors (OK, they have some longer routes like DUB-FR), Portugal">FAO or STN-PMO, but most of their sectors are shorter). STN-ODS is something like 2300 kilometers, above the average length of their sectors.
I can be wrong, of course. It would be no surprise for me if they started routes to Eastern Europe (but probably they'll wait until those join the EU).
