My friend told me he saw a weird plane today. I asked him to describe and this is what he said:

Single prop in front
about 8 windows
No tail fin

Any help would be appreciated cause he will not shut up.

If memory serves me correctly, it could be called the Phoenix and is made by Ruton. Try a search on that  Smile

No, can't be a PC-12, that has a tail fin and less then 8 windows. Sounds more like something built by Bert Rutan, but I can't find any pics on his nor this site.

I think it could be something similar to this, with the prop in front and no tail. I have seen this "thing" before as well but didn't find any pictures ...
