If you were going to be an airline pilot, and met the requirements for any airline world wide, and they were all hiring for First Officer positions, which airline would you fly for?

Here are my top 5:

1. Continental Airlines
2. Delta Air Lines
3. United Airlines
4. American Airlines
5. Northwest Airlines

p.s.- I tried searching for past questions like this but I couldn't find any....sorry if its another redundant post!

I want to fly cargo and the reason i chose UPS first is because there fleet of airplanes is awsome. I want to fly the 757/767 but i MIGHT settle for the A300 if i get a chance to fly the MD-11...dont ask why im like that because i dont know. Im not an airbus fan and the only ones i would fly if i had to is the A300/A310.

Ameican? I grew up around AA, i know A LOT of people at that company and plus i love there hub locations and there fleet. Just wish they still had a few DC-10's/MD-11's/747sp just for ME.

Delta....again hub locations and fleet type....plus the pay..

Continental....the fleet is great.

I love all the airlines paint schemes as well.

1) easyjet-737-700
2) britannia-757-200/767-300
3) BA- 767/747/777/ 146
4) Monarch- A320/A330
5) My travle- A320/A330/ 753

reasons for easyjet-
i luv the 737 and easyjet are based at luton airport (about 15 miles from me) so its easy to get to plus i get to fly the 737 and the flight are not to long

Britannia-
overall my favorite airline, they do fly from luton, i also like the 757 and medium haul flights are great, plus nice and hot desternations

BA- like to have a taste of the big aircraft, a bit more challenging with heathrow to but wouldent mind a taste of of the 146 either

Monarch- they also fly from luton so still convienent and a go with the airbus and again nice and hot desternations

My travel- bassed at gatwick, i little way to travle but still a nice airline with a nice variety of aircraft to fly

Any airline that gives me some or all of the following:

1. Flying mix of narrowbody and widebody equipment.
2. Average Industry pay.
3. Time to Command ~ 10 years or less.
4. Varied route network (i.e. not the same schedule every week).
5. Flying 700-900 hours/year.

Regards,
Gordon.
