Where Do I Get Flight Information Like This...

Can someone tell me where I can get information like this before a flight departs.

As far as getting it BEFORE a flight departs, I don't know of any way that you can. The info involved is first transmitted from the airline's dispatch/ops office to the station where the flight is actually departing, and that usually a proprietary system. This info also gets filed by dispatch/ops to the appropriate ATC facility, which is where ATC gets it so it's eventually displayed once the aircraft gets airborne.

I think open but not active flight plans also show up on Flytecomm. They say 'planned' in the remarks. I've seen them many hours in advance (especially on scheduled flights that automatically kick over).
