Ndizani is the name of a 743 that SAA used to carry its 1996 olympic team to Atlanta.

I think it means we are going, or we are coming.

There is a specail 743 painted on many different colours called Ndizani

Setjet,

ZS-SNB was used for a flypast during the ICC Cricket World Cup in South Africa this year. The stickers under the wing read "Good Luck Teams".

Thanks, ZSSNC. Do you happen to have any pictures of the event or of any of the former SAA flypasts?

Well as Moolies said Ndizani is the name of the colourful livery on one of SAA's 747-300

The A340-600 that did the flyby over the Cricket World Cup final came over my house as i live close to the stadium. It was accompanied by two 747-400's

Setjet,

while I do not have any pictures of that particular flypast I've got a short (3'25) movie with several of SAA's past flypasts (among them the famous Flight for A Nation). If you are interested I'll provide you with a link to it (the file is pretty big, though: 34.1 mb .mpg).

Just drop me a line at deniedboarding"ns"highveldmail.co.za (just replace the "ns" with @) and I'll provide you with a download link or contact me via AIM (YelloMumba).
