Hey gang, its 1035a local and looks like FL #11 is over Colorado and will arrive a little after 12noon. They will arrive gate A-2 in the International terminal. There will be a water canon salute behind gate A-6 as they pull into the alley. Spotter in the parking garage (at Intl) should get a fantastic view. I'll be there on the ramp in the Alaska Airlines van. Happy spotting.

Why is Air Tran operating out of the International Terminal? Surel theres space at any one of the domestic terminals.

Actually, there is not much room in the domestic terminals. North terminal has no room. Terminal 2 is closed. Terminal 1, pier C Delta would never allow it and is full anyhow, pier 2 there is no room, and pier 1 USAirways has room, but the airport is trying to get them moved. The airport is pushing for new airlines to go into the Intl terminal since there is room. In addition, A-2 can only handle A/C smaller the 767's so its not used all day till 11PM when Taca arrives. They have been trying to get us to move there for 6 months now.
