http://gc.kls2.com is the URL for the legendary Great Circle Mapper which is also an effective means of finding distance...

Notice that the first site says 8417 km from BOS to SCL, while the second one says 8388. Like a lot of sites, the first one apparently assumes a spherical earth. Best stick with kls2.

Try airnav.com as well, find a starting airport and then on the right column you should be able to put in another airport and find the distance.
