I'm surprised that you don't know that RBA operated the 763 into SIN for quite some time. The 763 was always used on the BWN-SIN-CCU-DXB(-KWI) vv. flights and on some BWN-SIN vv. flights as well. 319 could be from RBA as well.
Before, they only used 763 into KUL but now, they have a mix of 752, 319 and 763 into KUL.

I flew a Royal Brunei 763 on a Singapore-Bandar Seri Begawan-Abu Dhabi route back in November of 1999. Business Class, me and my 2 colleagues were the only ones in that class the first leg. 7 hour layover in BWN, then 8 hrs or so to AUH; long day with no alcohol...

SQ5428 was operated by an A319, presumably from SilkAir.
Four-digit SQ flight numbers are either cargo, charter or codeshare. This would be a BI aircraft. Only SQ181/182 would be operated SQ/MI aircraft.
