I dont know of an exact date but I can tell you that they are still flying strong and hard. They are using there L10's mainly to move the troops so I say as long as they have their contract with the military they will still fly them. Not too sure but I heard they actually pulled a couple out of storage to use for the military.

Right now we only have 6 L-1011's, four -500's and two -100's. They are flying military charters almost exclusively. Replacement for them is still far in the future, with the current economic conditions. When we do park them I am sure they will head out to Victorville and join all the other L-1011's out there. Sad.

In 2010 they will become roadside diners found along I-40 in New Mexico, Arizona and California. The chain will be called "TRISTAR GREASE & GRUB"
and they will serve low fat salads so the customers will not sue them for getting fat.
