As I have been employed by the Company in question for awhile, I would say they would base their interviews on the following questions(remember, I am basing this on what I have seen happening at work lately):
1)Do you mind working for a company that used to value their employees, but now sees them as liabilities??
2)Do you mind if it costs twice as much for healthcare for you and your family while our "domestic partners" pay alot less??
3)Do you object to have it generally broken off in your A$$ when you come to work???
4)Can you make sure you ignore customer issues on a routine basis???
Now, you see, it's not that hard!!!! Really, there are much better places to work. Don't do what I did and get to a point where you cannot get out, without effecting your livlihood, family and future. In fact, you would be better off staying out of the whole industry. It will never be the same!
