DXB looks like a water tower. I've always been a fan of SYD.

I also like PER simply because it stands out so much compared to the tiny airport, and it's kind of elegantly simple.

The control tower in Boston is quite nice and modern. Not as funky as the Dubai tower though.

I lile the one in MAD. It has several strobes around the perimeter that makes it look like a flying saucer on a pedestal.

Agree with Ron. LAX Tower is indeed quite beautiful. It isn't the prettiest structure around . . . but exudes a sense of power and purpose.

YSSY/SYD - Sydney, Australia must get a few marks.
(We have two ATC towers - the new/current is below).
Fully decked with complete colour displays - bleeding edge when installed many years ago.

Where was it that they build an ATC tower, with the ATC bit at the bottom of the tower, then they sort of winched it up to the top ? It was fairly recently, maybe it was at MUC - I can't remember.

for the towers i've personally seen...my votes would go to LAX and IAD....though after looking at the pix of SYD's control tower i may have to rethink my choice :-P
