In Maastricht (the Netherlands) the OSCE (Organisation Security Cooperation Europe) has a meeting today, December 1, 2003. US Foreign Affairs minister Colin Powell will join this summit too. What movements/aircraft are there at Maastricht Aachen Airport right now? What about security? Is the airport closed for regulary air traffic?
