Ryanair also have fares at €1 INCLUDING TAX on routes from Hahn, Bergamo, Brussels South and more although none ex UK but I just booked "Brussels" - STN - "Brussels" to use the STN - "Brussels" as my outbound and the same again for my return - €4 including taxes for next week!
Book Tue/Wed/Thu for travel until 22 Jan (excl. Christmas period)
