Naturally being the Star Alliance Fan that I am, I downloaded this screen saver months ago and still today it's positively entrancing!

it's a map of the world with live flight paths of all the Star Alliance flights (live according to the time table not live as in real time). Very cool!

You can also see the "holes" Star has in the network (ie. India and China).

Do you guys who downloaded the screensaver know if I would be able to see LOT flights if I downloaded it? I am wondering because LOT only recently joined and am unsure if the software was updated.

one of the nice things about the screensaver is you can have it get updates. Mine is set to update itself periodically so it recently refreshed with the winter schedule changes.

I would bet that LOT's flights will be added fairly soon if history has proven anything with updates.

It is definitely great but...

On this software, can you see exactly what a point represents ?

Airline
Flight number
Origin Destination
It seems like the information is displayed randomly.

It does not look possible.

If you download the KLM Northwest timetable, this option is included.

You can look at a map and see all flights in real time. Zoom on certain zone.

It is a must for all flights fan.

Do you know if other airlines offer this option

Put it on the REAL mode its better.in the fast mode its tooo fast

And as the day progresses you can see the changes happenning when i get into office Japan & New Zealand is all dotted as its morning there even the west coast is quite heavy with red eyes departing i guess

Later in the day europe opens and literlly the whole continent becomes yellow in middle with LH & red towards austria lil blues over UK and white on scandinavia

Its really a cool screen saver

really addictive
