Status Of The Latest Swiss 343.

Hi!

I just saw today the latest photo of a SWISS 343 and it's HB-JMG!!!! Can anyone tell me when that plane will be received by SWISS?

Yes, I was going to send you a message about that. Did you see the one is comming today? Yes a new one too, HB-JMB! Now you just have 2 missing, HB-JMD ( the latest delivered ) and HB-JMF ( the one I would like to fly... ). We'll see you still have 3 days for 2 brand new ones, I hope you get a new one the day I fly!

HB-JMG is planned to be delivered next Wednesday, 17th December. HB-JMD is planned to enter commercial service tomorrow Saturday, 13th December. Happy clicking!

I figured out today that still next autumn/winter LX will use the MD11 for the flights to GRU and EZE. Any plans that they will order #10/#11 of the A343, soon?? I think a 2 a/c MD11 operation will not help them saving money (spares, crews, etc.).

Any information appreciated.

CV990, it looks like you'll ride on HB-JMC or JMD (it's not yet decided). Have an excellent trip! ZRH Weather forecast for Tuesday: cloudy with some sunny spells, dry, decreasing winds.
