Well, instead of A vs. B, what about C vs. P? Hehehehe This is just for fun.
So, which/what airline serve Coke (Classic Coke/Vanilla Coke/Cherry Coke etc) and whose serve Pepsi (Pepsi Cola/Pepsi Blue etc)? Do they (the airline) stick to one particular cola brand?
Is AF exclusively serving Pepsi onboard their flight? The AF Pepsi Concorde? I guess KLM prefer Pepsi/Pepsi Blue (as on earlier thread).

This is actually quite interesting. Most European airlines serve Coke if i'm not mistaken.
I remember reading in Gordon Bethune's book about Continental's remarkable comeback that they realised their customers wanted coke so they switched from Pepsi.

Coke is supposed to be the official drink of Skyteam, but I'm hearing different from the above posts. I was just watching CNBC, and there was and one of the shows is sponsored by "Skyteam and Coke". It showed an ad with the Skyteam logo next to the Coke one. Didn't know that even place ads together!

AirAsia has Coke and Sprite.
I flew MH SYD-KUL-AMS/LHR/FRA/CDG ... all Coke, but that's in 1998-2001. Until recently, (i think) MH has Pepsi onboard. (SYD-KUL-DPS earlier this month)

I have several travel agent friends who used to work the Coca Cola account here in Atlanta. Coke employees were not allowed to travel on airlines that served anything other than Coke products. If the Coke-serving airlines were sold out or if there was none in that market the traveler was required to get written approval from a manager to take that carrier. The agents working the account, though not Coke employees, could be fired on the spot if they brought a Pepsi in their lunch bags! Supposedly, Coke employees could be fired if Pepsi products were found in their homes. They don't call 'em cola wars for nothing!

Interesting note - NW stocks both Coke and Pepsi products for trans-pacific flights. Domestic and Europe serve Pepsi, D.Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Ginger Ale, Mountain Dew (domestic) and diet Sierra Mist.
And really, you wouldn't believe the look of utter disgust when a passenger asks for Coke and we say, we have Pepsi...I think some are ready to cry. Who knew soda was such a passionate subject. Drink water.

Sadly, UA ended their contract to provide Coke products on their flights. This past summer when I flew to BOS, I asked for a Coke, but the f/a asked if Pepsi was Ok instead...hell, no!
At least they have Ch. 9...that partially makes up for not having Coke...
