IAD MetroJet incident

Last night at IAD, Ramp Led towed to my gate USAirways MetroJet B737-200 N268AU.
The Co-Pilots window was totally destroyed.
I was wondering where I can get information what happened last night. I'm sure its gonna be on NTSB page, but in about 2-3 weeks. Does anybody know sites with up-to date incident reports?

Go to the FAA's website at www.faa.gov. In the drop down menu look for Air Accidents Investigation. The FAA mantains a weeklong list of all the pilminary accident and incident data that is reported to it here. Keep in mind that all of this data is just the first reports that the FAA receives. Many of the reports won't even become catagorized as accidents.

I didn't see any listing for any incidents with any 737 happening yesterday. One thing is that if it was just a cause of a mechanic dropping a hammer on the windshield I don't think that it would have to be reported.

Thanks for address. I dont think if it was mechanic fault. There were full crew on board, FAs and Pilots.
