I have just checked the SIA website for a flight PER - SIN on the 16th October. There are shown 4 flights, SQ140, SQ142, SQ146 and SQ148.

SQ142 and 148 are flown with B777.

BUT BUT SQ140 and SQ148 are flown with AIRBUS A320's

Can the aircraft be from Silkair ? But these have never flown under SQ flights.

Any comments please

I think you may have meant DPS?
PER flights are SQ22x or 21x and ops by 772.

To answer your questions, yes Silkair is opsing some flights for SQ, mainly to BWN and DPS, with more to come if the scheme is successful.

You can't see SQ operating narrow-bodies . Those A320 or A319 flights are operated by Silkair.

Hopefully Silkair will get some A321s to operate for SQ's current 777 routes if the 777s is too big capacity for certain routes.

Thanks !

Sorry about my mix up between Perth and Denpasar. It because I am going to Perth and Denpasar in 2004.

How are Silk Airs A320 and A319 ? Some years ago I was flying Silk Air F70 from Singapore to Lombok. Nice small planes.

How are the interiors like? Very basic since they are only used on regional routes. No PTVs as well.
