Thomson announced that from March 31st 2004, Thomsonfly.com will commece service from Coventry Airport to 11 destinations - Rome, Valencia, Palma, Naples, Venice, Ibiza, Marseilles, Jersey, Malaga, Nice and Pisa. 200 jobs are expected to be created and staff will be brought in from Britannia Airways

VirginFlyer, as far as I know, Britannia is and will be the charter carrier for Thomson Holidays and the new Thomsonfly.com will be a low-fare carrier. Similar to Hapag-Lloyd and Hapag Lloyd Express in Germany. Although rumors in Germany are that those two will merge.
