NOMADS is a travel consortium based at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Its a bunch of rich people who like to travel. They all kick in a couple bucks and fly to exotic places. Back in the ninties they chartered an Air France Concorde for a couple flights to Paris and back. That 727 is their "clubhouse" and is luxuriously outfitted for long distance flight.
