Right now i'm in Cortina, in the Italians Alps, with a sunny day but with a temperature now of -12°C while during the night we arrive at -25°C, but my city is Venice, and right now in Venice it's partially cloudy with a temperature of -2°C. In the other nothern Italian airports, the Christmas days is generally with nice weather but with cold temperatures: MilanMXP -4°C, MilanLIN -2°C, Turin -4°C, while in the center south it's partially sunny with snow in the center.
I remember two years ago that i spent my Christmas day at Milan MXP waiting the end of a strong snowstorm to leave for my US holidays.

Here in good y'old England at LGW its an overcast day with cloud based at 1800ft, temp. 9*C but dropping as its getting dark. Light rain earlier in the day flights pretty much running on time (not many of them though)
