I just saw some pictures of EK's first class on their new A 340-500.
Anyone here already tried it.
It just looks to me as the most comfortable product available in the industry
right now! Would you agree?
Also any thauhgts on future first class accomodations airlines might come up with?
How far will it go?

EK really do have the best in my opinion. I am as yet to try it myself but from looking at the suites I would say it will definetly stand out from the rest.

I think the next major innovation for First-Class would be double beds? I heard ages ago that VS would possible look at that but I have not heard anything since.

Q. How does an A340 gain altitude - A. With the curve of the Earth

I tried it for 15mins as a guest of Emirates on the launch demonstration flight.

Instead of describing the amazig experience again, I urge you to look at the trip report I wrote on the trip at:

That really does look incredible. I still don't see why someone would pay so much money for something like that. Totally not worth it to me.

No doubt, best existing first class at the moment.

When the new A-380 comes out, they will be a lot more space to create even better first classe´s. But while that comes... Emirate´s has the best.
