I was heading around the E concorse a few days ago headed to E3 to refuel a United Express airplane (Normally a Air Wisconsin, Skywest, Atlantic Coast, CRJ-200 or BAE-146) there was an ERJ-145 sitting at E2B and a CRJ-700 at E3. These planes look awsome in the United colors. Expecially since there almost brand new the ones they operate here to ORD. Transtates is flying the ERJ-145 and Mesa is flying the CRJ-700. I have seen the 700 sitting over at AE but never did i walk up to one till i had to fuel it. The airplane is BIG, for an RJ it sits really high. All the pilots i have talked to about it tell me how much fun it is to fly since it has more power and flys faster then the -200.
Just thought you guys might be interested so there ya go.

Eh, there arival times are kinda shady but they're departures arent so bad. I would say there 10 times better then ACA, and can compete with Air Wisconsin but Transtates is no where near the size as either ACA,AW so its kinda hard to compare.
They have some good looking ERJ-145 but they are peices of junk. They seem to have maitnance issues with them.

Its just a destination, Trans states seems to have at least one plane on the ground at all times though, i have seen 3 here at one time. Mesa is also like this, however not quit as busy as HK (trans states) they are still moveing in more and more every week. They are using the Air Wisconsin ops station here but im sure here in a few months they will be operating a lot of what us to be ran by ACA since the rumor around here as been them pulling out of here at the end of january. If that is true then where will be alot of gate space availible for Mesa and Trans states.
